Glacier Cross Country lettering standards

 

To become a member of the Wolfpack cross-country team you must earn your way through sweat and hard work. In doing so you will place yourself among an elite few who worked hard for their team and to better themselves.

 

Boys Alpha lettering standard:

 

• Run the equivalent to 6 minute pace over either a 3 mile or 5k course.

 

Girls Alpha lettering standard:

 

• Run the equivalent to 7 minute pace over either a 3 mile or 5k course.

 

Pack lettering standard:

 

• Dedication to the pack is just as important as fleet feet. Any athlete who commits to all four years on the team, but does not run a qualifying time will letter based upon the time they put into the team.
